The potato rich recipe cooks to a tender texture that marries well with tomato, butter & sage or creamy mushroom sauces. Packed in two handy 250g portions, they’re easy to open, boil and toss with your favourite finish.
Cook in salted boiling water until they rise to the surface, then drain and sauce immediately. Pan finish in butter or olive oil for extra golden edges.
