Pungent and camphor-like on the nose with a sweet–numbing finish, these cloves are powerful—use sparingly for best balance. Stud into hams and onions, or infuse in mulled wine, pickles and sauces.

Toast lightly to release oils, then add whole to slow-cooked recipes, or grind for spice mixes and marinades. A winter and pantry staple in a reusable glass jar.
