Steenbergs Organic Hot Curry Powder 45g is a hotter, salt-free curry powder with layered sweet and pungent spices for bold, balanced heat. Designed for versatile cooking, Steenbergs Organic Hot Curry Powder 45g works across meat, vegetables, pulses and rice.

Cinnamon and nutmeg provide warmth, while cumin, coriander and cardamom add depth. Extra chilli, fenugreek, black pepper and ginger bring bite, rounded with turmeric, onion and garlic. Contains mustard as listed below.

Fry 1–2 tsp with onions to bloom the spices, then add tomatoes, stock or coconut milk and simmer. Use in marinades and traybakes, adjusting heat to taste.
