Steenbergs Organic Lavender 12g features culinary lavender flowers for delicate, floral notes in both sweet and savoury dishes. With gentle perfume and a touch of herbal warmth, Steenbergs Organic Lavender 12g brings Provençal character to bakes, syrups and roasts.

The edible blossoms are carefully dried to retain colour and aroma, adding elegance to shortbread, scones and panna cotta, or a subtle twist to lamb, chicken and root vegetables. A little goes a long way for balanced, sophisticated flavour.

Infuse in cream or sugar for desserts, blend into herbal teas and lemonades, or crush lightly and sprinkle over salads and fruit. Add sparingly near the end of cooking to preserve the floral top notes.
