With coriander and cumin at its heart, Steenbergs Organic Masala Chana Seasoning 45g layers cinnamon, cardamom and turmeric for aromatic depth, rounded with ginger and bay. A touch of chilli provides mild heat; salt is included for convenient seasoning.
