Preparation

For a cup of hojicha tea, add 1/4 teaspoon (1g) of powder to 70ml of warm water and whisk well until smooth.

For a hojicha latte, add 1 teaspoon of powder to 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk well. Pour in warm milk of your choice, stir and serve.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the pouch and refrigerate.
