Preparation

Place one heaped teaspoon of tea per person into a teapot. Boil fresh water and allow it to cool for approximately one minute before pouring over the tea. Infuse for one to two minutes, then strain and serve. Avoid over-brewing to preserve the tea's balanced flavour.
