Clearspring Organic Japanese Sushi Ginger Pickle 50g is a zesty, unsweetened pickled ginger made from young, tender roots. Naturally coloured with red shiso (perilla), it’s the classic palate cleanser to accompany sushi and sashimi, with a clean, refreshing finish.
Clearspring Organic Japanese Sushi Ginger Pickle 50g contains no added sugar and is prepared with high-quality rice vinegar. Use it to brighten rice dishes, salads and stir-fries, or enjoy straight from the pack alongside tempura and noodle bowls.
Serve a few slices between different sushi pieces, fold through sesame-rice salads, or chop finely and mix into dressings and marinades. Reseal and refrigerate after opening.
