Hip Pop Apple & Elderflower Kombucha is a crisp, floral fermented tea that brings together juicy apple and the delicate fragrance of elderflower. Apple provides a clean fruit base, while elderflower adds a light botanical character that makes the drink feel fresh and refined. Fine bubbles and the natural tang of kombucha keep the finish lively and prevent the flavour from becoming overly sweet.

The drink is brewed with kombucha culture, sencha tea and Assam tea, then flavoured with apple juice, elderflower extract and natural flavourings. Bacillus subtilis living cultures are included in the finished formulation, with no artificial sweeteners or stevia. The tea base contributes a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine, and fermentation creates a trace of alcohol below 0.1%, although the drink remains classed as non-alcoholic.

Serve chilled as an everyday sparkling refreshment, pour over ice with apple slices and mint, or pair with light lunches, salads and picnic food. Twelve individual 330ml cans provide a practical fridge-ready supply and a combined volume of 3.96 litres.
