Hip Pop Strawberry & Pineapple Kombucha combines ripe berry sweetness with bright tropical acidity in a lightly sparkling fermented tea. Strawberry gives the drink a soft, jammy fruit character, while pineapple adds a sharper, juicier edge. The contrast creates a vibrant flavour that is easy to drink and remains refreshing through the clean tang of kombucha.

The drink is brewed using kombucha culture, sencha tea and Assam tea, then flavoured with strawberry and pineapple juices. Bacillus subtilis living cultures are included in the finished recipe, which contains no artificial sweeteners or stevia. As a fermented tea beverage, it contains a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine and less than 0.1% alcohol while remaining classed as non-alcoholic.

Serve well chilled, pour over ice with sliced strawberries, or offer it as a colourful alternative to conventional fizzy drinks at picnics, barbecues and social occasions.
