Hip Pop Blueberry & Ginger Kombucha 12 x 330ml
Hip Pop Blueberry & Ginger Kombucha 12 x 330ml
Hip Pop Blueberry & Ginger Kombucha pairs mellow berry fruit with the clean warmth of ginger in a lightly sparkling fermented tea. Blueberry gives the drink a rounded, gently sweet character, while ginger and lemon sharpen the finish so it remains bright and refreshing. The result is balanced rather than overly sweet, with enough spice to distinguish it from a standard berry soft drink.
The recipe is based on kombucha culture, sencha tea and Assam tea, with blueberry juice, ginger juice and lemon juice shaping the flavour. Bacillus subtilis living cultures are added to the finished drink, and the formulation contains no artificial sweeteners or stevia. Because it is tea based and fermented, it contains a small amount of naturally occurring caffeine and less than 0.1% alcohol, while still being classified as non-alcoholic.
Enjoy it straight from the chilled can, serve over ice with fresh berries, or offer it as a flavourful alternative to conventional carbonated drinks. The twelve-can case provides convenient individual servings for home, workplace fridges, picnics and social occasions, with a combined volume of 3.96 litres.
