Ombar Centres Coconut & Vanilla Chocolate Bars combine smooth, cacao-rich dark chocolate with a soft and creamy coconut filling. The outer chocolate contains a minimum of 60% cocoa solids, creating a pronounced cacao flavour that balances the naturally sweet coconut and vanilla centre.

The filling is made with 23% creamed coconut, giving each bar a rich texture and distinctive coconut flavour. Natural Madagascan vanilla extract adds a smooth, rounded sweetness, while cocoa butter and shea butter help create the bar's soft texture and gradual melt.

Ombar uses cacao that is gently processed at lower temperatures rather than conventionally roasted at high heat. This approach helps retain the cacao's characteristic fruity and aromatic flavour profile without making health or nutritional claims about the finished chocolate.

The chocolate is sweetened with coconut sugar rather than refined cane sugar. Coconut sugar contributes a mild caramel-like flavour that complements the darker cacao notes and the creamy coconut filling.
