Ombar Centres Hazelnut Truffle Chocolate Bars combine smooth 60% dark chocolate with a rich, creamy hazelnut truffle centre. Deeply chocolatey with a pronounced nutty flavour and soft praline-style filling, they offer a more indulgent take on Ombar's organic dark chocolate.

The recipe contains 18% hazelnuts, alongside organic cacao, coconut sugar, shea butter, cocoa butter, creamed coconut and sea salt. The dark chocolate contains a minimum of 60% cocoa solids, giving the bars a bold cacao character that balances the creamy sweetness and roasted nuttiness of the hazelnut centre.

Ombar uses coconut sugar rather than refined sugar, while both the cacao and coconut sugar are Fair Trade verified to World Fair Trade Organisation standards. The ingredients are also certified organic by the Organic Food Federation.
