Ombar Coco Mylk Chocolate Bars 10 x 70g

Ombar Coco M'lk Chocolate is a smooth and creamy plant-based chocolate bar made with 55% cacao and 20% creamed coconut. Rich cacao is balanced with the naturally mellow flavour of coconut to create a silky chocolate with plenty of cocoa character while remaining softer and creamier than a traditional dark chocolate.

The recipe combines organic cacao, coconut sugar, creamed coconut, cocoa butter, shea butter and vanilla extract. Coconut sugar provides the sweetness instead of refined sugar, while the creamed coconut gives the chocolate its distinctive melt-in-the-mouth texture and gentle coconut flavour.

Ombar gently processes its cacao at lower temperatures, helping retain more of the cacao's natural character. The cacao and coconut sugar are also Fair Trade verified to World Fair Trade Organisation standards, while all ingredients are certified organic by the Organic Food Federation.
