Fish4ever Azores Tuna Fillets in Spring Water feature substantial pieces of skipjack tuna preserved in locally sourced volcanic spring water. The result is a clean, delicately seasoned product that retains the premium appearance of hand-packed tuna fillets without the richer taste of an oil-based recipe.

The tuna is caught one-by-one using pole and line in the waters around the Azores. Fish4ever works with locally managed boats and a cannery on São Jorge, where landed whole tuna is prepared by hand. The fillets are then arranged in reusable glass jars, allowing their size, natural colour and texture to remain clearly visible.

The recipe contains 70% skipjack tuna, 29.2% spring water and 0.8% salt. With no oil added, the fish has a light, straightforward flavour and a firm yet tender texture. The larger fillets can be portioned neatly for salads and plated meals or broken into pieces when a recipe requires a more evenly distributed ingredient.

Typical nutritional values per 100g drained provide 118kcal, 28g of protein and 0.8g of fat, including 0.25g of saturates. There is no declared carbohydrate or sugar, while salt is stated at 0.8g per 100g drained.
