Enjoy the rich, savoury character of responsibly fished sardines balanced with smooth extra virgin olive oil and a fresh citrus note. This pack contains six individually sealed 120g tins, providing a convenient store-cupboard option for lunches, light meals and Mediterranean-inspired recipes.

Each tin is made with 70% sardines, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, lemon juice and sea salt. The olive oil, lemon and lemon juice are produced using ingredients from organic agriculture, accounting for 29% of the recipe. The sardines are prepared in Portugal and may retain their skin and some small, edible bones as part of their traditional preparation.

The fish has a satisfying, substantial texture, while the olive oil adds richness and the lemon cuts through the natural flavour with a clean, gently tangy finish. The sardines can be eaten directly from the tin, served over toasted sourdough, flaked through warm pasta or added to salads, grain bowls and cooked vegetables. The seasoned oil can also be spooned over bread, potatoes or roasted vegetables rather than discarded.

Sardines naturally provide protein and omega-3 fatty acids. The declared nutritional values provide 21g of protein and 2.9g of omega-3 per 100g. Contains fish. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within one day.
