Fish4ever works with established Portuguese and Spanish canneries and follows a whole-fish processing policy, in which the fish is prepared and canned as part of one continuous production process. The recipe contains sardines, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, lemon juice and sea salt. The organic agricultural ingredients represent 29% of the finished recipe. The sardines are headed, tailed and gutted before packing, although skin and some small bones may remain.
