Classic cornbread mix for golden, gently sweet slices with a tender crumb. Lovely warm from the oven with butter or alongside soups, chilli & barbecue.
Stir together with the indicated wet ingredients, pour into a hot, greased tin & bake until risen & lightly browned.
For extra flavour, fold in sweetcorn kernels, cheese or jalapeños before baking.
